This is a courtesy translation of our Turkish privacy notice (KVKK Aydınlatma Metni). In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) to inform you about how we process the personal data you submit through the quote request form on deryasinaigazlari.com.

• Transaction security: Technical records such as the date and time of submission and IP address

Please do not include special categories of personal data (such as health information) in the message field.

• Preparing price quotations for our products and services
• Initiating sales and delivery processes at your request
• Preventing misuse of the form (spam) and ensuring information security

4. Legal Basis and Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated means, through the quote request form on our website. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2)(c) KVKK – processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract – and Article 5(2)(f) KVKK – processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to authorised public authorities in line with our legal obligations and to business partners from whom we receive services.

Our website is hosted on the infrastructure of Netlify, Inc., whose servers are located abroad (USA). Data submitted through the quote form is forwarded to our email address via the Web3Forms service, which is located abroad. This transfer is carried out under Article 9 KVKK on the basis of [standard contractual clauses notified to the Personal Data Protection Authority / other appropriate safeguards].

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and in any case for no longer than [2 years]. If your request leads to a sale, your data is retained for the periods required by applicable legislation (e.g. the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law). At the end of the retention period, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 KVKK, you have the right to apply to us to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information about such processing,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
• know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK,
• request that third parties to whom your data was transferred be notified of such correction, deletion or destruction,
• object to any outcome to your detriment arising from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing to the address above, together with information identifying you, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller; or by registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, or from an email address you have previously provided to us and that is registered in our system, to info@deryasinaigazlari.com. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
